As near as we can tell this one's from the 70s, judging from the genuine wood look laminate, which we've left intact by the way along with drawer handles. We have however replaced the chipboard drawer surround as we feel that offers less charm. The new wooden drawer surround has been finished in chalkboard paint, for inspirational messages.
